Great experience purchasing through Chrono24. Originally I was a bit apprehensive as they were a fairly new retail shop on the site and had only three (now 4!) transactions on the site, but the experience and professionalism paired with their work in the wholesale space gave me a ton of confidence. I purchased a 2015 OP36 with a unique dial and thought I had issues with the lume. I shot them a message and they were happy to not only immediately accept a return but went and checked and guided me through how to make it really lume. Turns out it was user error(needed more uv light) Overall great experience from the communication to the shipping and then to follow through. Would recommend!
